Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at thegreatdale6@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll email you full instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
